A fundamental principle at Landtech is Servicing your Customer. Now this may sound quite commonplace but at Landtech this matters that whomever is most directly affected by an employee's actions is their client and is who must receive great service from that employee. Initial order processing most directly affects the Survey Research department. The Survey Research department must properly prepare packages for the Survey Field Crews. Survey Crews must expedite their work as to properly service the Drafting department.
