Cynthia Brooks Distinctive Catering

We're so glad we found Cynthia Brooks Catering. Firstly, and most importantly, the food at our wedding was fantastic. Food is one of the things that guests remember the most about weddings, and Cynthia Brooks delivered a delicious and memorable dining experience.

They were also incredibly easy work with. Characteristically, our wedding had a large number of moving pieces and things changed constantly during the planning process. Our contact, Konstanten, was incredibly patient, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He made us feel at ease that everything we needed would be taken of and that our wedding would be a success.

We also appreciated that they have a diverse range of rentals that we were able to use or have them get for us without our needing to go a different vendor. All-in-all, they provided the food, appetizers, mocktails, flatware, silverware, glassware, serving equipment, table linens, serving staff, and bar service. Their staff also did all the work to convert our ceremony area and set it up for dinner service after the ceremony. The only things we provided, because we wanted to, was all the alcohol, mixers and garnishes.

We are incredibly grateful to Konstanten and all the Cynthia Brooks staff for their efforts in making our wedding successful and memorable.

I called Cynthia Brooks in a panic since I still had not found a caterer for our upcoming Anniversary party. Konstanten was prompt in responding using phone calls, email and texts. In creating the menu we worked together to create what turned out to be a big hit for our guests. Staff moved very professionally within our guests politely offering appetizers. It was a served meal that was beautifully orchestrated by Isabel-always aware of when my guests needed more wine, water or anything. I was shocked by their thorough clean up. At every aspect of our evening I can't provide enough praise. Thank you guys

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Cynthia and her team are outstanding. Cynthia Brooks is undoubtedly one of the best in her field. I told her I wanted an elevated lunch buffet for 60 people, and that is exactly what she delivered. The food, the service, and the overall ambiance were perfect. It's a great relief when a caterer delivers exactly what they promise, taking one worry off my plate (this was part of a 2-day event with catered lunches on both days). Everyone who attended the lunch was very pleased with the food. I will definitely consider Cynthia Brooks Distinctive Catering for future events and highly recommend them to others.
