
Chef Adam Green has been operating in the food service industry for over a decade. His experience encompasses a huge-range of styles of kitchens, from South West Cuisine to Classic French and all kinds in between. This Southern California native attended the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in pretty Scottsdale Arizona, graduating with a Le Cordon Bleu Associates Degree in the Culinary Arts. He served his externship at the prestigious Levy Restaurant (Arena Club) inside the Staples Center Arena in Los Angeles California.
