Although whoever passed the request on from the answering service to the technician managed to screw up the info and had him show up two hours before the five hour window given to us that night, Dwayne showed up and assessed the situations quickly. He completed every task while taking covid precautions and left us with a very reasonable bill and jobs well done. His sense of humor was in part tripling the bill when he first said how much it would be, but after using the paddles to restart my heart chuckled and told us the actual price which was almost to the penny what we figured it should be given the time needed and supplies. Hats off to you and your company. Pleasure doing business with you. Value for Money
