Jason and his team installed a full HVAC system in a detached addition this past February. They were knowledgeable professional and very reasonably priced. I recently had an issue with the A/C portion of our HVAC in the main house( not installed by Washburn) and they responded immediately, diagnosed and had the part installed in a few days. Tom showed up on time and masked. He repaired drain line with P-Trap and T. Helped me to get it ready to pass Inspection when house sells. He also showed me "Auto" setting on the thermostate to help with lowering my bill. I appreciated that he took his time to show me exactly what he repaired. I highly recommend Washburn Air.

My AC was not cooling and someone I work with recommended Washburn Air. When I called they sent someone out the same afternoon! Chris was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and professional and easily diagnosed the problem with my outside unit! It required further service and he came back and replaced the part and now its blissfully cool in my house! It was a great experience dealing with Washburn Air and I highly recommend them! I called Washburn close to a noon hour and spoke with Mary. She was asked if my service request was urgent. I said that is was not urgent. To my surprise & delight, she immediately processed my request and I received same day service in the afternoon. Technicians listened to my problem and reviewed historical documentation that I had received from my smart thermostat system.
They proceeded to locate and diagnose the problem. I was consulted about the time & cost; I provided my approval to continue with the repair work. Arrived on time and while Shawn was inspecting attic unit his partner was cleaning the outside unit w water. Listened to a couple of concerns and checked to allay my fears of a problem that did not exist. Highly recommend them!

We have been using Washburn for 10 years in 2 different houses. The first house had a very old unit and these guys helped us hang onto it well past its life.
