David and Nathan were very kind, professional, and informative when they answered the service call and diagnosed our system issues. The whole Right Choice team is responsive and punctual. Josue and Eliud ended up doing a full HVAC install at my home. They were also professional, clean, personable, and did quick work. I would recommend for anyone looking for HVAC services.

These installers are just great. In the past with other companies ive had bad service experiance, but Stephen and Aurora from the office was direct and helpful and I decided on replacing my HVAC unit with them. I recommend them highly.

Our technician was Sean Devlin. He was a little late but when I found out why I couldn't be mad. He had an elderly customer before us that needed extra help with a problem at her home and he graciously stayed. Was it inconvenient? Yes, but you can't fault a person for going above and beyond. Once he was at our house he was so attentive, and listened to us list off the problems we were experiencing. He diagnosed the problem and is even will to work with our time schedule to come back a little later to fix the diagnosed problem.

We were very impressed by the amazing customer service this company provided. Clarissa made sure we knew up to date information regarding our appointment and we like how they send a text letting you know who the tech is along with a picture. Ryan was our tech and he was quick, very knowledgeable and super helpful. We really appreciate him saving us from the Texas heat and getting our unit fixed.
