I am sure you might be curious to learn a little more about us, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cristian Feher, food writer and head chef of Tampa Bay Chef Services. I've been an expert chef for almost a decade. My training began when I was a child in Venezuela. I was sous chef to my French and Venezuelan grandmothers who, to my nice fortune, were great culinary masters in their own rights. They allowed me to take part in preparing all the meals and really sparked my love for food.
