Dale Swirsding has been working on residences since the early 70's performing various kinds of maintenance services. In 1987 he started to specialize on floors and obtained his contractor's license in 1994. Through reading, special training, gleaning techniques from other specialists, and completing 100's of jobs, he's perfected his trade and is now producing a final product that exceeds typical industry standards, especially with regard to an ultra-smooth finish and detailed cleanup.
