Generally, very good experience. The team of six arrived on time. They were very efficient. Spent an appropriate amount of time wrapping and protecting the furniture. We had a lot of heavy pieces and they were able to gracefully and effectively move them out of the house. The packing took about seven hours for a rather large house. The unpacking also took time as the new house was smaller.
They were equally as efficient and resilient in the unpacking. Very nice crew of workers. The only constructive feedback was that they did not take the unpacked boxes and wrapping material with them, which made breaking them down / disposing more difficult. My suspicion is they should have taken them.

I had an excellent experience with STI Moving & Storage. The office staff (i.e., Ivanna, Solana, Adam) are very helpful and responsive. The company is very detail oriented and systematic in their approach. The STI movers did an excellent job and were very nice, efficient, and organized. I thought the price was very fair and would use them again. My stuff made it safely out of state from Illinois to Tennessee, and the movers handled fragile items with care. Overall, I was very impressed with STI's professionalism and customer service.

The STI crew with Salvatore was great. They arrived on time and got to work right away. They worked hard and efficiently, (packed the house in 90 min) and were careful, cheerful and most responsive to any request. Thank you for making the move easy.

STI was great overall - their price quote was among the lowest that I received and their services were excellent. Luciano and his team were efficient, professional, and made the move go very smoothly. They showed up within the window of time that they were supposed to and finished the move incredibly efficiently. There was no damage to any of our goods or to the walls in our building, and they climbed three flights of stairs! I would highly recommend STI to anybody looking to book a moving company.

The movers were great! I was given an estimated quote for 8 hours but the crew of 4 that came to our house managed to do everything in 4 hours. They handled all of our furniture with care and were extremely professional. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Omar, Jose, Raul, and Undrell are really good at what they are doing. The entire process was really efficient and things went quite smoothly. Long distance moving is always stressful, but they made the process as enjoyable as they can. Will definitely choose them again next time around.
