I dropped my car off w concerns about the brakes. After diagnosis they described in detail what made the noise and that I didnt need any work done. What ? No upsell? No deception ? I love this place!

Im a long time customer. I love the convenience of them picking up and dropping off my car. They always let me know what is necessary to fix and what isnt which is important for my older car. They are super professional and the communication is excellent.

I was referred into Stellar by a friend to get a second opinion on work that my mothers car needed, according to another shop. To say I am glad that I did would be an understatement! Amazing service! They have an online web portal where you can see pictures of your car and what repairs are needed. Gave good advice on what needs to be fixed and what could wait. Will be bringing my car back here.

Have been using Stellar for years for all the major repairs on my vehicles. They did not disappoint this time either. Engine light on my BMW required a thermostat and water pump change. The service was fast and detailed. I got a nice report with pictures on the diagnostics and the parts that needed to be replaced. These guys know what they are doing and am not willing to compromise my safety shopping around for a cheaper alternative.

Stellar is awesome! They are upfront about costs, honest about why they charge what they charge, and explain everything WITH PICTURES of the problem on your vehicle. Not to mention they have a loaner car that is free to use while your vehicle is being worked on. I will be going back for all of my future repairs.

Great experience! Picked my car up at my home, left a loaner and stayed in great communication while my service was performed. A little extra work was necessary so my car wasnt returned until the following morning, but everything went well! Easy to work with and car should be running great for another year!

I have taken my car here for several issues and they exceed the quality of work at both BMW dealerships in town. In fact, I took my car in to Motorwerks to get my A/C fixed and the dealership told me that the compressor needed to be replaced for $4800. I then brought the car to Stellar Autoworks for a second opinion and they said the compressor only needed a belt for $206!!!! They earned me as a lifelong customer with that. A/C works perfectly now and I saved $4600.

I had my battery replaced by Stellar Autoworks last year. When I was getting my oil changed at another auto shop, they told me I needed a new battery so I called Stellar Autoworks and they got me in that same day to check out my battery. Thankfully my battery was still good but they brought me back into the shoppe just to show me. They do great work, I highly recommend them!

They have worked on a few of my vehicles and do a great job of explaining the work. They are honest about what needs to be completed at service vs what could wait a bit. I love the pickup and drop off service too, very convenient.

Had to get both of my front tie rods replaced and I work a tight work schedule so getting it done in one day was a selling point for me. The overall cost was not low or high, but with the quality and speed they did on my repair I wouldn't expect to pay a lower amount. They also had great customer service and gave me a loaner car for the day while they worked on my vehicle.

I was recommended here by a co-worker over a year ago and I wish I had taken him up on his recommendation. Gabby was amazing to work with and kept me in the know through the entire process. My car drives like it's brand new, the pricing was awesome and I will definitely be doing all my maintenance and big repairs (like this one) at Stellar in the future!!!

Stellar is an excellent alternative to fancy dealerships for your vehicle, and they'll do a better job. I had some difficulty with my vw repair, and they went out of their way to make it right. The dealer gave me some bad info. which I won't get into. Suffice to say that you know your in the right place when the "receptionist" can diagnos your vehicle's issues faster and more accurate than the dealer.

Had our 9 year old Highlander inspected for any required maintenance, in preparation for a road trip, and they did a comprehensive inspection including photos of what needed attention. They called to review the report they emailed me and provide repair estimate. No up selling of additional service. Honest service shop that appreciates you as a customer. Did I mention they have your vehicle washed and ready when you pick it up.

Stellar has always exceeded my expectations, their technicians (I've only worked with Max but he's amazing.) are knowledgeable and committed to their customers. I have used them for 2 different vehicles: my old, rather weary car, and my new and improved one (improved by Stellar and running magnificently). In both instances I have had great results and have felt respected and appreciated by their staff.

I do most of my own repairs and maintenance, but I have had tires mounted/balanced and alignments done at Stellar Autoworks, and the guys I have dealt with have been consistently friendly and professional, and do quality work. Will absolutely be giving them a call for any future work.
