Space Bank Mini Storage

Space Bank was established in 1977 when Clay Schubert and Bob Oltman purchased the Naval Under Sea Center with 200, 000 sq. Feet under roof and converted it into a mini storage facility. During the 1st eighteen months of operation, Clay, Bob and their wives, Margie and Arlene, operated the facility. Since that time, Space Bank has expanded operations into developing industrial incubator space, light industrial, as well as mini and vehicle storage.
