Effective August 15, 2010, debit or ATM purchases will be denied if funds are not available in your account to serve the transaction. To avoid this, you must authorize the credit union to pay the overdrafts. Please note that there are fees if Prosperity FCU pays your overdraft. They are as follows:25 per overdraft. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, this means we don't guarantee that we'll always authorize and pay any kind of transaction. If we don't authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined.
