read moreThe Coast Guard allows Towing Vessel Owners several options to come into compliance with Subchapter M regulations. You may choose to use an existing RCP plan, develop a new TSMS Plan, use the Coast Guard option, or a combination of these options. Our staff can assist you in bringing all of your vessels into compliance with Subchapter M and ready to receive a Certificate of Inspection (COI) from the Coast Guard. Sabine Surveyors is authorized by the Coast Guard to audit and approve your TSMS plan, issue TSMS Certificates, conduct TSMS Management Audits, and TSMS Audits on your vessels.
