I was already in the crosswalk in my wheelchair. There were three lanes of traffic stopped and this woman blazes right through a stop sign and hits me. I was hurt, scared, so upset about my chair- my only way to get around, stay healthy and work. It was basically total loss and I depend on it to help me stand and without it I get physically sick- respiratory problems, bed sores, intestinal issues, cant go to the bathroom, the list goes on.

I would recommend the Rocky Law Firm to anyone I know. I had a severe accident at work where I shattered my leg and broke 2 vertebrae. My wife placed a call to the firm while I was still in the ER. Rocky had a member of his team at my side within 4 hours. The Rocky Law team took my case and made the entire process painless (pun intended!) I spent 13 months rehabilitating and during that time I had every question answered and need taken care of.
They made sure I was provided with every wheelchair, medical device, prescription, physical therapy, and doctors appointment that I NEEDED. I never had any concerns that werent immediately addressed. Paige is one of the most genuine and helpful individuals I have ever met. When you are faced with the possibility of permanent disability and loss of income, it can be scary.

I can't express in words the treatment I received from Attorney Hunter Higdon. The day I called for help he spoke to me himself and anyone that has hired a attorney knows this is rare. Rocky hasn't been only a lawyer to me, he's also been my friend. I've known Rocky for almost 19 years. How I found Rocky was when I was injured at work. I had fell 14 feet into a crevice under a building. I was injured pretty bad and need somebody's help with my insurance and so on. It was a really bad time in my life. Rocky McElhaney is a great lawyer and if you need one who is gifted and has compassion for you and your family than he is the one. When Rocky took my case I had been waiting for a number of years for a back injury that I had on my job. I didn't think I'd be able to get a settlement because my employer wouldn't cooperate with me. But Rocky stepped in and took care of the matter for me and my family because he knows how to get real results and seems to know exactly what each of his clients are going through with their injuries.
