Renaissance Furniture Restoration Company was created in 1993 by Boris Levitt, who had 20 years of knowledge in restoration furniture in Ukraine, where he was able to learn the traditions of master craftsmen of the past. Since settling in San Francisco in 1990, Mr. Levitt has studied the advances of high technology while working for local restoration firms and experimenting with different materials. Soon after its founding Renaissance was recognized by many collectors, dealers, and designers, who have been highly satisfied with Mr. Levitt's work.
