Mason was awesome! Beyond regular service. Highly recommend! Price will be a fraction of what I was quoted, not only by them, but every other dealer I received quotes from here in Bend. No charge at all until he finishes the job, when the needed part comes in He is very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely polite and helpful. Will Definitely use him in the future if needed!

Absolutely five star amazing service. I was an hour away from the Service location. I did not need to meet up with him. Mason answered the phone immediately, communicated with me when he was on his way, again when he arrived, again when he was finished about 10 minutes later. He put the new keys in the house for me and locked up. Absolutely more than accommodating and prompt. Hes a local guy with a great attitude who really loves his business and every customer counts! Residential or commercial he can do it all.

I was stuck at a trailhead with my car keys lost somewhere in ~15 miles of trail. Mason showed up in about 20 minutes and had me on my way with a newly programmed key in less than an hour. Saved my day and my trip!

This beautiful amazing man saved my best friend and I. lol jk but he really did do us a solid. After getting locked out of my car and someone saying theyd help but never came back, we called three other services before this one and none of them either answered or were able to help us. Thankfully this place answered and rushed over to help my friend and I at like 10:30 pm.
He said it would take fifteen minutes for him to arrive but he got to us in like nine. He was super chill and nice and he even offered to make me a spare key right there for super cheap (which I of course accepted). Please use this service, I know I will in the future because I doubt this is the last time.
