Alex Is The Best at what he does he fixed our Water Heater and he did a tune up on our AC in our Condo in Aliso Viejo. He is a great listener and will go above and beyond what he has to do To put customer at ease. We absolutely recommend Alex.

My water heater sprung a major leak, and despite my frantic attempts to reach a plumber, no one seemed to be picking up the phone. Then, like a guardian angel, Alex from Positive Plumbing answered my call. He made his way to my residence in Irvine, effectively preventing a potential flood situation. Remarkably, within a mere couple of hours, he not only put a stop to the leak but also managed to install a brand new water heater just in time for a family gathering.

These guys really came through when needed. Alex responded really quickly and the communication was great. Sent a tech next morning which had a pleasure to meet his name Rodrigo. He was really helpful and explaining what was the issue. We had major leak issue because of our AC unit backflow and Rodrigo immediately told me what was wrong. Finding a reliable HVAC company is not easy. Most will upsell their service and have you pay a service that you don't need it yet. Therefore, having known an HVAC company that actually know what they are doing and care about the problem is very rare and definitely is a keeper

I wanted to replace my old thermostats which were installed by the previous homeowners. From talking to the thermostat manufacturer, they were potentially tied to the security system which I was unable to uninstall. I was able to schedule Alex the same morning I spoke with him and he replaced the thermostats and even painted over the white patches the old units left. He waited for me to verify both thermostats work and answered all my questions. Thanks!

Best AC company we have ever had. We got a quote from Alex to replace our old HVAC system. Their price is super competitive and it shows that their focus is to help people rather than maximizing profits. They came the next business day on time - Ive heard other companies wont even talk to you until a few months away. They prep the area neat and clean.

Alex and Angel are very professional and thorough in their job. They replace our entire HVAC system with AC Pro SEER 18 variable speed system (some people call it dual stage), replace our old air ducts with the latest kind in the industry (the one with shiny aluminum material), add additional return air opening & new vents in some rooms that are lacking airflow, replace vent grills in all rooms and bring everything up to code for a really competitive price that beats any other contractors I have been shopping around Orange County.

If you're shopping around, look no further. Call them asap. It saves you time and energy. DONT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER! I feel they're like the good neighbors who try to help, rather than a businessman who tries to maximize profits. I trust them for any future hvac or plumbing job I will have around the house. Weve used Positive Plumbing, Heating and Air for years now. Alex first installed a new AC compressor for our own home. Then my mom needed a new furnace, new ducts, etc so Alex did all that for her. Our rental units have needed maintenance, repair and replacement and weve always circled back to Positive. The value, workmanship, quality have always been very good. We always trust Alexs opinion and assessment and have always found him to be trustworthy and honest.

Alex was awesome! I called in a panic when our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. He was referred to us from a well-known commercial AC company. He was busy, but made time for us. He thoroughly explained the issue and attempted a "fix-it" solution to get us through the summer. Ultimately, we needed to replace our 25 year + AC unit, but I was impressed with the time he took to get the best price for us. Alex made it happen quickly, stayed in excellent communication with us, showed up when he said he would--all with a pleasant demeanor. I absolutely, 100% recommend Alex.

Positive plumbing is the best service and lowest price ever, Alex came on time this morning and very friendly and professional. He charged me only $150 where other plumbers were going to charge me, $350 (RC plumbing) and $540 (Pristine Plumbing). He helped to make sure everything works correctly before he left the house. I would recommend Positive plumbing to everybody, not just only the competitive price, but also the best service.
