read moreThere service department keeps customer satisfaction as their top priority. I brought in a Dodge Caravan that would not start easily. They looked it over thought it was the fuel pump, which I agreed as it seemed it wasn't getting gas to the engine. They replaced the fuel pump, I went to pick it up and the next day same issue was occurring. They found out it was the fuel pump replay and electronic control module. It was only providing 6V instead of 12V of electricity to the fuel pump causing the fuel pump to not work properly on only 6 volts. They replaced both relay and ECM for free since I already paid for fuel pump replacement. Excellent Service.

I had been to two other Jeep dealers and spoke to one via email, but Platte City Jeep was just right. This was my very first purchase all on my own.
