I had another plumber replace 3 shutoff valves under my kitchen sink 10 months ago. 2/3 started leaking at the valve inlet. I called Pine Creek to take a look and they scheduled a time for the following day. Josh was on-time, professional, and honest. He replaced all 3 valves quickly and verified they were working properly with no leaks. I think I've found my new go-to plumber!

Pine Creek Plumbing was recommended by a person on FB. Calling them was the best choice I could have made. They were able to come the next day. Collin replaced 2 hose taps and capped off a third. The job was completed professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

We had a persistent leak that had resulted from improvements done by our Water Utility.
The water pressure in our house went sky high, and this provoked the persistent leak I called Pine Creek Plumbing and they came on Tuesday morning.
The plumber, Colin Gregory, was superbly professional, highly capable, and unfailingly congenial and informative. He completely solved the problems, and did so at a reasonable price. From here on, Pine Creek Plumbing are my go to Plumbers!

My husband and I recently had a leak on coming from our hot water tank. It wasn’t an emergency, but Jason and his team went above and beyond for us and had it fixed within 24 hours of us calling them! I also wanted to mention how lovely the young lady who answered our phone call was! Her name was Melissa and she handled our call like we were family! I highly recommend pine creek plumbing for all plumbing needs. They are extremely professional, nice, and do amazing work!

My property management company hired them, but pine creek plumbing was efficient and kind, and answered all my questions respectfully. We had a pipe leak and they came out the same night, and then came back asap after the weekend to fix our shower handle. After repairs, everything was cleaned and put back in its original spot!

We had a nightmare exterior waterline leak that the city would not cover. Pine Creek is very transparent with costs, understanding of the emotional and physical stress excavations and periods without water can be on a family, and willing to work with insurance and our personal financial situation. We've called Melissa and Jason for every plumbing/gas issue we've had since moving in 5 years ago and plan to continue using Pine Creek for years to come. It's hard to find reliable, communicative and trustworthy trades companies so we consider ourselves lucky to have found them!

Very professional treatment. I had a gas line for a dryer replaced earlier in the week and called them back out for a leaky toilet later the same week. Both times they responded promptly, showed up when they said they would, and most importantly fixed both problems the first time for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough.

After waiting for three days for my old plumber and then having him text me that he couldn't come and to get someone else to fix the leak in the ceiling in my laundry room, I called Pine Creek Plumbing and they came immediately even if it was now on a Sunday morning and the pipe had been leaking for 4 days. The work was done quickly and professionally. The young man doing the repair was extremely knowledgeable and was respectful of surroundings. Very very pleased with service on all levels.
