About Us
read moreMembers of Peace are called, gathered, and empowered by the Holy Spirit through God's Word and Sacraments to confess and proclaim the gospel and love of Jesus Christ to our congregation, community, and world. We've enjoyed a blessed presence here in Rio Rancho, NM, since 1984. As forgiven sinners, we have been called by God out of the darkness of sin and death to walk in His light. It is our privilege and responsibility to faithfully proclaim our Lord's saving Word and administer His Sacraments of Baptism and Lord's Supper.
Worship
read moreOur congregation gathers in worship to receive God's gifts in a beautiful but simple sanctuary where the Historic Liturgy is observed and where Christ Jesus is present in His Word and Sacraments. Here, in the Divine Service, you will find the Good News of Jesus Christ boldly proclaimed in a thoughtful and participatory order of worship. The elements of our worship service are drawn from Scripture and the history of the Church. Our worship is filled with Bible teaching, praise and prayer - all intended to preserve and promote Christ as the center of our faith and worship.
