I 1st used Pacific Northwest Building Inspections and John Langmeyer more than 5 years ago. I was buying a fixer upper and needed a home inspection service to evaluate all the defects of this house before making an offer. John responded immediately to my call (which is critical on any home purchase! And offered me, on that same day, the most thorough inspection I've ever received. Every detail, including multiple photos covering any gray areas, was identified in the report. Even though i am a contractor, it exposed areas I would not have considered and took the guesswork out of my offer!
