David came to price the job. He was clean, thorough with descriptions of the job to do and quick to respond to questions. After accepting the bid Joyce followed up with reminder of arrival for the crew to the jobsite. I was to expect 2 service men to do an all day job but 3 showed up and finished several hours early. Very pleased. I will definitely be calling Cayden again. There was no sales pressure. He was thorough and didn't rush. He worked diligently, carefully cleaning each rug and cushion on our sectional. Other companies will race to get the job done a quickly as they can. Cayden worked hard for over four hours cleaning.

Everyone at Chemdry was a pleasure to work with. Especially Chandler, the technician who came to our home. He was very knowledgeable. My wife and I were struck by his positive, courteous attitude. He arrived on time and was finished before we knew it. We plan to use Chemdry going forward for carpet cleaning and re-sealing our counter tops.

At the end of this review I'm including the information that was emailed to me, for clarification. The emailed quote I received to have 2 small reclining chairs cleaned was calculated from the information to cost $195 as a minimum expense, and since the cost per chair was only $60, I was thinking.okay, maybe I can get deodorizer or something to get my total to the $195.

But when the technician arrived, I was told that $195 was the starting point and any extras were extra. PLUS other additional required fees for waste disposal etc. I basically said, Nevermind, but he did a basic cleaning for the quoted "minimum" instead. Then at the end.when you pay by card, it asks if you want to tip.with the technician standing there, so you tip the minimum, because they know where you live. but the arms on the recliners still look dirty. Sooo.

I took the afternoon off of work, and paid $215 for 'cleaner'.but not clean chairs. The technician was kind, courteous, and professional. But I'll just DIY spot clean next time, the result would have been similar. This is copy paste of the quote, so that you can see where my confusion was, and did not start the visit well. "Thank you for choosing Mountainview Chem-Dry for your upholstery cleaning needs.

Our pricing for chairs/recliners is $60 each which is for the basic cleaning only and does not include the deodorizer or the protectant which is a heavy duty scotch guard. But the technician will present packages to you containing these extras should you wish to purchase at the time of service. We have a minimum of $195 so it would be no less than the minimum. The technician will give you exact pricing at the time of service."

Used MC-D again today. The technician (Cayden) was great. Called me 30 minutes before the time window to let me know when he was going to arrive. Called me while he was out in the driveway and spent 3 1/2 hours cleaning carpets and sofas. Very pleasant, nice young man that explained the process and pricing thoroughly. Will definitely use Chem-Dry again!

I selected Chem Dry because they used the closest technique to my Kirby cleaning system. My carpet drys quickly and my padding isn't saturated with chemical. The technician Jakobe Brown has been assigned to my house for each of my services. He has done an exceptional job. He pays attention to the details, works profeciently and diligently. He make sure the customer is satisfied before he leaves the home. He is passionate about his job and it shows in the work he performs.

Had furniture cleaned and sanitized. The service was performed by Cayden, who did a fantastic job. This is my second time using this company. They are professional, arrive on time. I am very pleased with their work.

Surprising results. Thom did a great job! Not only saved the carpet in my den he also saved me from having to replace my furniture. If you have inside dogs this is a must. Couldn't be happier about it.

Update: 4 years later and had them out again to get our house ready for the market. Cayden did a terrific job! He was professional and delightful!i would hate to know I had to use anyone else for carpet cleaning. The Best in the Business. I have used Mountainview for years. They communicate well, very professional and treat your home like a palace. They are perfectionists when it comes to cleaning your carpet. You couldn't ask for better!

They are awesome! We needed them for a real estate listing that had pet stains. They were great with communicating, arrived on time, protected the hardwoods leading to the carpeted areas, and gave a consultation about the stain treatment options after assessing them with tools before starting. After the work was done the carpet looked BRAND NEW. They were so professional and the quality lives up to the reviews, which is why we went with them. I highly recommend!

The ChemDry worker Cayden did a good job cleaning our carpets. Their prices are higher than others but the employee was very good.

My technical Caleb was Excellent and took plenty of time but still got the job done in an excellent time frame.carpet dried in approx 3 hrs. I like that. no chemicals that could harm me or the pet. Services Area rug cleaning.

Wow! I was not sure if my carpet would be able to be cleaned at all. Caleb did an excellent job and explained everything to me as he was working. The carpet looks new and I saved tons over replacement. I would definitely recommend Mountainview Chem-Dry!

Chem Dry did an excellent job on the three rooms they cleaned the carpet in and excellent service and response after I made the initial call. I will use them again and great prices and Seth the technician was top notch.

Angel was very professional while still being extremely personable. He was easy to work with, explained all the options they offered and did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our grout and carpet. FYI - they also offer upholstery cleaning. We were devastated at the thought of getting rid of our velvet, tufted RH couch and chairs when we move due to puppy stains but Angel made our living room furniture look new again. I am extremely pleased with the work of ChemDry and would highly recommend them for any deep cleaning needs.
