Olivia was the best blessing I could have asked for during the home buying process! She was referred by a family member and I absolutely have experienced why she came with such high regard. What typically is know for being a stressfully long process was quick and nearly painless. She was available for any and all questions I had. Some werent even technically in her obligation but she made sure I was well informed.

Beyond that, Olivia scheduled and met with inspectors and video called when I was not able to make it to the property. While I know I was not her only client, she made me feel like I was the most important! If and when I need another realtor or I have anyone looking, she will definitely be getting my business and endorsement!

Very military friendly! Larry Mercer helped my wife and I find a house in one day. He gave up his time on a Saturday because it was the only time I had to house hunt when we first PCS'd here. He showed us the houses we wanted to see, and helped us place a bid on a house that 4 other familiesnliked just as much as we did that same day. We won the bid and love our house!
