Went there for a wedding band to go with a custom engagement ring. They were able to get 2 1mm bands and 2 1.5mm bands overnight for me to decide. Phil listened to what I wanted and suggested a cheaper option to do it that was even more in line with what I was envisioning. I brought my engagement ring in on a scheduled date, and it was ready to pick up the next afternoon. It's perfect, and super reasonably priced (half of what I was anticipating)!! Will definitely be returning for my jewelry needs!

My wife and I found Madison Jewelers after having a terrible experience with the Navy Exchange. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The work was done more than a week ahead of schedule and the quality was world class! I highly recommend this business!

I have bought several watches over the last couple week from them. I buy over the Internet and the description they give you is point on. We initially went to Diamonds Direct due to our general cluelessness and their heavy advertising which claimed bottom dollar on all things shiny. Diamonds Direct reminded me of a used car lot. Love this jewelry store. The staff is friendly and everybody went above and beyond to help me. I ended up with something nicer than I could've had from a bigger jewelry store and still came in under my budget. The owner is great. I have nothing but great things to say about Madison Jewelers.
