Design/build firms are a "one-stop shop" for customers looking to have participation and support from their contractor throughout all phases of construction. Through a preliminary meeting, the contractor and design team can get a sense of the customers project considerations and their budget expectations. At this time the designer will create preliminary drawings based on those conversations.
