Bought in diagnosed mother board and replaced it.when I went to pick up he recommended hard drive for more speed. He was right on computer faster than ever. Prices were reasonable and even ordering parts speed was fine. Would use again in a sec.

I knew I had a failing hard drive on my late-2015 iMac and reached out to Javier. He replaced the hard drive and returned the computer to my house. When I discovered the computer still didn't work properly, Javier took the computer back and discovered the new hard drive was faulty. He replaced it, with all my data intact, all for a very reasonable price. His professionalism and friendly demeanor impressed me.

I called Javier to help me with a computer build. He is very knowledgeable in the computer science field and is patient with customers. He did an excellent job with the build. Plus he taught me a lot of the hardware process i never knew existed. If you ever have computer troubles, JK Techs is the place to call.

They have been my IT people for the full seven years I have had my business. They have been able to address every single issue that I have had - from viruses to new computer set-up to my memory filling up to problems so complex I wouldn't even know how to describe them. On top of everything they are fair and honest. They will not tell you that you need something just to get your money or to spend more time. I cannot recommend JK Tech Solutions more highly!

They were very professional and fixed my laptop in about a week. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and give me all of my options. Their prices are really good compared to some local shops and the best part for me was that they will pick up and drop off your machine or device at your home if you're too busy to take it to them. This is my 3rd or 4th time using them for different laptops over the years and they've always done an excellent job.
