This is the best place ever! I have a close relative that works there and I got to see their plant and they use very high quality equipment and I bought a window it’s the best window ever!

For our recent remodeling project, we purchased 28 new windows and doors. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with 12 of them, which were either poorly constructed or had subpar glass quality. Among these, three of the doors had a defective primer that didn't adhere well to finish paint, unlike the others that accepted paint without any issues. It's worth noting that in the past, during the 80s and 90s, Jeld Wen produced high-quality products. However, in recent times, they consistently deliver products of lower quality. What's even more frustrating is that their replacement items were also defective. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company in any way.
