INCA Engineers. A Tetra Tech Company (INCA) supplies consulting services to the public sector - cities, counties, state and federal agencies - throughout the US and for customers throughout the world. INCA was established in 1983 by three talented individuals, one from INdia and two from CAnada, who partnered to supply engineering for huge structural elements within the Puget Sound region, and speedily grew in size and reputation. Now, with a team of nearly 150 engineers, specialized technicians, surveyors, and administrative team, INCA has offices in Bellevue.
