It would be difficult to find anyone with as much knowledge in the rental car and used car industry as AutoWorld Santa Cruz owner, Doug Factor. He's been involved in the car business for over fifty years! Although born and raised in Wyoming, Doug and his young family moved to Santa Cruz in 1962 when Doug was provided a partnership in a local dealership. In 1979, when the dealership closed, Doug decided to strike out on his own. It was then that AutoWorld Santa Cruz was born.
