Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) was established in San Francisco in 1978 to supply management and administrative oversight for the State of California's childcare subsidy contracts. Over the past three decades, we currently have expanded from a $250, 000 singular state contracting agent to become a multi-million-dollar management firm, overseeing numerous governmental funding streams and successfully growing various trade organizations.
