Scott Weis established High Power Technical Services. In 1999 with their primary focus being the sales and installation of Dish Network satellite television products. From day one sales started piling up in the Louisville area and surroundng counties. Installations averaged 5-10 per week and were done using individual vehicles. Even with just 5 employees in the 1st year, High Power and the Dish Network product were having an impact on the local cable competition.
