My wife and I would personally like to thank Victor and Willie for their outstanding service with our septic issue. My wife called Herring Septic Service the night before and explained are problem with our septic tank, the gentleman stated he could have someone there the next morning. Victor and Willie were here the next morning and started to work right away. Victor explained to us what he was doing and why we were having problems with the septic. Victor was very thorough and explained to us the problem and the fix. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and would recommend this company to everyone.

Many thanks to herring septic and especially to Victor and his assistant Darryl. When I spoke they answered me in English like most companies but then Victor called me back and explained everything they were going to do and how much it was going to be. In Spanish! When they arrived to do the job, they explained to me how a septic tank works, every few years it has to be cleaned (3 to 5) and they answered all my questions. For anything that has to do with a septic tank or drainfield, call herring septic and say Spanish please or ask for Victor.

I called them around 10 and they called me back within 30 minutes. I asked when they could get me on the books to have my septic tank serviced and they sent a truck to my house within 40 minutes! When I met the truck at my house Victor and Darryl not only were professional from start to finish but they were very informative and didn't get annoyed by my questions and I had a lot since I have never had septic before.

They were easy to talk with, honest, and upfront about everything no hidden costs or surprises at all. When the service was completed payment was easy and they were on their way. They have earned my business for everything septic related for life.

Had an emergency septic issue, our normal septic company was out of town. So I called Herring, within 2 hours they were on site. The septic issues were address and they were professional and worked hard to solve the problem. Grateful for companies that treat customers with respect and dont overcharge for the job. This is a trusted company. We will use them again when we have septic issues or need other septic tank installations.

I have a very difficult situation at my house because it was built in a swamp and it make things like septic systems difficult. I called herring septic system because I know Craig Wisenbaker personally and wanted to do business with him. I could not be more please with his work, his crew and his overall professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and as it would be if it was his own yard. I could not recommend him more.

Called because of clogged septic and they went above and beyond to help us to fix the issue. Called me back immediately, responded quickly, and fixed my drianfield and tank with no hassle. Highly recommend and they are by far the best septic hauler in the Valdosta area.

It was an interesting experience dealing with these guys. I can't really attest to their professionalism because there was a lack of it. First, I go meet them at my home and they apparently got my address mixed up and dug up a neighbor around the block's yard to find their septic by mistake. They eventually make it to my house and work quickly. They ended up charging more than quoted amount due to breaking one of the concreted septic caps.

That might be understandable, but leaving the trash behind is very unprofessional. At the very least maybe throw your trash in my trash can rather than just leaving it about. I did speak to the owner about the issue who commented on the fact that it is standard procedure to leave the trash behind. Go figure. (I've edited rating to show 4 stars after my initial 2 star review. They called to try to remedy the issue.)
