Easy scheduling, affordable and excellent service. We moved into a new house and had all the wall to wall carpets/stairs cleaned and treated for pets. Professional, courteous, efficent. Personally I've used Chem-dry since they came to Rochester in the 90s I know they do a great job. Needed to have the upstairs and downstairs done because of use and pet odors with some stains that were under furniture. The pet odors were eliminated and the stains were gone at first. When a couple returned they happily came and did another treatment on the stains. This is a great company who stands by their work, I highly recommend them.
