I used these folks for awhile before moving. On time everytime. Great results, the cleaners speak English and the owner is American. Prices are very reasonable and the schedule is flexible. Also the owner always texts to confirm the appointment a day or two in advance.

Needed a deep cleaning of my finished cement floors in our garage conversion. I asked if the cleaning could be done with a strong disinfectant based cleaner. Germicidal Maids showed up with a special cement garage floor cleaning solution and proceeded to clean the floors by making four separate moppings. Floors were left spotless, and have a barefoot feel like glossed cement. Could not be happier; my expectations greatly exceeded. I wholeheartedly recommend their very fairly priced services.

We had an emergency in Dana Point and I called Michael at 5pm for same day house cleaning and believe me, he is sending someone today at 10pm to help and save the day! We look forward to every visit. I call her my right arm as she keeps our house clean and organized better than I could ever do. We have used their services for regular weekly cleaning, move out cleaning and for deep move in cleaning! All services were done exceptionally well and in a timely manner. I am super happy each week when Judith comes and puts our house back in order!

I was looking for a green cleaning company because I have allergies. I called around and finally contacted this cleaning service. They were really friendly over the phone and assured me that they could use all natural cleaning products. The lady came, and the house looked great and smelled very fresh. I was also pleased to learn that they are local to the San Juan Capistrano area. I am very happy with my house right now!

I cannot recommend this team enough. I hire Michael and Judith to clean my home bi-weekly and they do an excellent job! I live in San Juan Capistrano and they always clean my house extremely thoroughly. I always look forward to them coming because my house feels so fresh after they come.
