read moreIn 1983 our company was incorporated in May as Freeman+Franz Associates. Soon after, the two partners decided to part ways, and William Franz kept the company. Mr Franz quickly assumed three new partners changing the name to Franz Jeanes Lazo Cora, & Associates, Inc. Business was great and was going good. Over time the three other partners began to retire or decided to go and try other things. This time since having already gone through a name change, Mr. Franz decided to keep the name; One to not affect a long standing government contract and two people had become accustom to it.
