We maintain trained and licensed staff in all of our branch offices. Our regional and district managers are highly trained at our corporate headquarters before starting their assignments. We have monthly meetings to consider any changes, new policies and procedures, and to evaluate the performance of each branch compared with our firm objectives. This is a time that each office has to submit their personal operating plans for the future.
