Pat Copeland began and incorporated Crossville Ford Lincoln Mercury in 1984. Pat really enjoys having an active roll in the daily operations of Crossville Ford Lincoln Mercury. She works closely with Sales & Service, Parts Department and Auto Body Shop to assure they feel that at Crossville Ford Lincoln Mercury, Service is Standard Equipment. Pat lives on the Cumberland Plateau and enjoys its many beauties and all the things available like the playhouse.
