The shop provides haute couture clothes, shoes, bags and amazing accessories at accessible prices. While the items are pre-owned, many clients bring them in, unused, with price tags still attached! I absolutely love buying from this luxury brand shop.Beautiful items, great prices and the owner and associates are the absolute greatest!
I live over 2 hrs from Miami and they are great to send me additional photos and then ship!
I love the Chanel bag and the LV cosmetics bag I purchased.

I've shopped at COTT for many years, always online. I finally got to go in person and loved every second of my time in this boutique. I was familiar with the owner because I follow her on social media and I was familiar with some of the staff - including Jenny! it was cool to meet them in person after seeing them online for so many years.
Anyway, they gave me a bougie boutique experience! My husband and mother were with me - Jenny and Carin made room for them to sit and wait while I shopped...which removed any pressure for me to hurry through browsing (smart thinking ladies!!).
I ended up purchasing a glorious bag. I will absolutely continue to shop with them online and expect to return in person very very soon soon!

Beautifully curated store. I stopped in last week while vacationing in Miami Beach and picked up some (current season) designer sunglasses.
The staff is superb; kind, honest and helpful. Each piece I inquired about was explained to me in detail and there was no hesitation in pulling everything and anything to get a closer look-by both girls who were running the shop on Saturday afternoon. I saw a couple of handbags that caught my eye, but was indecisive and flying home with only a carry-on. The next day, as I was heading home, I contacted the shop to purchase one of the pieces.
Melanie was helpful and got me the Chanel bag I was eyeing shipped across the country within days. I love it. Customer service was superb and the shop is small but filled with great designer finds, all in impeccable condition.
I will definitely be back next time I'm in town and won't hesitate to buy online and contact them if I have any questions. I wish the resale boutiques in my area were this accommodating and fabulous!

Small and fabulous! Beautiful pieces from top end designers. Bought some Chanel earrings but loved everything. SA was happy to show me as many pieces as I asked for. Typical for Miami Beach, parking is limited.
