Comfy Creatures was set up in August of 1998 by me, Roberta Chapman. I began pet sitting as a side job while working as a local Veterinary Technician. I found that many pets that came to the clinic for boarding would get very stressed, and that the vet clinics boarding facilities were limited on space. Clients of the clinic began asking me to come and care for their pets in their own home. This was a win-win situation for all involved. The pets never got stressed out, the customers were cheerful because their pets were cheerful, and I was my own boss.

We know how difficult it can be to accommodate appointments when your work hours are the same as the groomer or vet. We can help! We will get your pet to that appointment so you don't have to take the day off or leave work early. Small pets can be kept comfy and safe in travel crates, which are secured inside the vehicle to prevent tumbles.
