Chem-Dry is great! The carpets and upholstery come out beautifully and dry time is about 20 minutes at most. It is such a better alternative to traditional cleanings. And Gary is wonderful, very friendly and never late! We love Chem-Dry!

Great experience from start to finish. I first called with questions and was pleased to get an accurate price quote as well. Mike arrived on time and was very professional. He asked a few pertinent questions and then got straight to work and efficiently rescued our couch that we could not get the dog urine smell out of despite our best efforts. We are thankful to have the use of our couch back and have a local company to use in the future for carpet and upholstery cleaning!

I contacted Chem-Dry after my 7 month old puppy had multiple accidents on the carpet in my guest room. It was very easy to make an appointment and Chem-Dry was flexible when I had to reschedule. The crew (Mike + Gary) arrived on time, worked very efficiently and made my carpet and area rugs look new. I will certainly use Chem-Dry in the future and highly recommend them to others. Very pleasant experience. Mike was prompt (called ahead too), took the time to explain the process, and was very thorough, didnt rush the job. I have a dog and opted for the sanitizer/deodorizer upgrade (at my request), there was no pressure. Glad I did. Not only is my carpet clean (best outcome Ive ever had) it smells clean too. I would definitely use them again.

After being let down by COIT and another company (they never showed up to the scheduled appointments), I was feeling desperate and hopeless about finding a good company to clean my couch.
