Brett B is an excellent technician. He is professional and did a great job inspecting and cleaning my dryer duct. On a previous job he built me a custom dryer duct. Was really impressed with capital duct. My ducts were really leaky and after the guys were done doing the aerosealthe leakage was reduced down to 10sq inches. The guys were clean, timely and professional and talked me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. And will have them come back next year to do my duct cleaning.

Our technician Rusty did an amazing job, went above an beyond to get the job done. We where way over due for a cleaning.
Also, We have an external HVAC system (an all in-one unit) which I guess needs to be set up differently. He found away to make it work!

Today I had my ducts cleaned. First time for me, so I was apprehensive about all that's involved. I expressed my concerns to Amy at the office, she sent Brett, a seasoned technician. Both Amy and Brett are to be commended for their professionalism, friendliness and understanding. Our house it's a fairly good size and in less then 3 hours he was done including the dryer. Brett showed us picture of before and after and the difference was amazing. I recommend Capitol Duct cleaning

We had a bird build a nest in our exterior dryer vent and I called Capitol Duct Cleaning for help. They were able to come out within 24 hours, remove the nest and clean our vent, and installed a barricade to prevent future issues. They were very thorough and provided in depth explanations. I have recommended them to all of our neighbors and will use their services in the future.

5 stars is not enough!! From the first interaction with Amy over the phone and beyond, I had a wonderful experience with Capitol Duct Cleaning. I had initially scheduled a duct cleaning for my new home, but when they went in with the camera it was discovered that I had a few ducts that needed replacement. The technicians, Brett and Sean, were wonderful and provided me with quotes that same day for the replacements. They were very honest and provided me with a few different options, which was very appreciated and refreshing. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Capitol Duct Cleaning! Got a quote from Coit for $650, Capitol Duct Cleaning came in at less than half that for our small home. The tech, Chuck was prepared, knowledgeable and a very nice guy. Winona in the office was great to deal with. She even called to remind us of the appointment and checked for questions and concerns. I will recommend these guys all day long!
