I called Blinds & Designs by Nicolette to receive a quote and a day later the owner Al came by. Al listened to my wife and I regarding the "look" we were going for. He took those suggestions and then made a few recommendations from his vast knowledge and experience. He helped us to make a decision by showing us examples. With so many types of blinds available, we were overwhelmed but Al was patient and narrowed down the examples based off of our desires. Al was NOT a pushy salesman.
At no time did he try to "up-sell" any of his product. His desire is for the customer to be happy and for the window treatments to be the perfect fit for the homeowner. After we decided on color and type of window treatment, Al measured all of our windows and we talked about price. Blinds by Nicolette pricing is competitive but lower than the other 2 companies that gave us a quote.
When it came time for the installation, the installer was VERY courteous. He took his shoes off, and treated my home as if it was his own home. After he finished with the install, we tested each blind to make sure it worked as advertised. I am VERY pleased with my blinds, I am very happy with the company as a whole. I would HIGHLY recommend using Blinds & Designs by Nicolette Inc.

Im very happy with my blinds from Al and staff at Blinds by Nicolette. They were prompt & professional. The pricing was better than anywhere else. Going thru them for selection & installation was absolutely the way to go for my business. I totally recommend this business & wouldnt go anywhere else.

The team is helpful and will show up when you expect them to. Had problems recently with a company in which it took a couple weeks to have the blinds returned and there were still issues. The blinds were repaired well and are in great condition!

We have three Bali roman shades that are 16 years old and desperately needed to be restrung. We had difficulity finding a shop that could repair them, and Bali recomemded calling Blinds by Nicolette. We couldn't be more pleased by the outcome. They fixed them at a reasonable price and quickly. I highly recommend them

Very good customer service. These guys are true pros. Al, the owner/sales guy, and installer, Ken, were a pleasure to work with. Pricing is fair and they are super clean and efficient with the installation. I cannot say enough nice things about them. We are thrilled!

Like the blinds. But be sure to order extra tabs because I had one crack and blinds not even a year old.
