Called from HOA recommendation. Had a blocked hot water line and bathroom drain leak. Jeremy was very professional and thoroughly addressed all of our issues including water heater and shut-off valve replacement. Very pleased with the prompt service and reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend this company.

Best experience. I called because after I dropped an earring into our bathroom sink, we figured out something was wrong with our pipes. Got scheduled right away due to an opening and Tyler figured out the missing piece, fixed it, and answered some questions I had about our shower and main water line. Super professional and friendly. After the last big thunder storm the power went out and the estimate was that it was going to be out for 24 hours. This caused me to search out a company to install an automatic battery backup system for each of two sump pumps. A neighbor recommended Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. Today, Bill Fry sent his team over on my very tight time schedule and they arrived at 7:30 am and in two hours the 2 systems were expertly installed.

The guys were super professional and made sure that everything was clean and operating before they left. In my estimation they went well beyond my expectations. As a first time home buyer I was so scared to get a noise checked out because it was inevitably going to lead to something terrifying. Sent an appointment request through the website, contacted and set up a visit. Easy to use! During the appointment he took the time to explain what I was seeing and hearing. He spoke to me in terms I knew, he allowed me to ask all the questions and didn't rush the process. He was able to diagnose the problem, walk me through the fix and made what could have been a nightmare situation easy! would recommend!

We started our search for water treatment by consulting with Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. We felt very comfortable with the information he provided us with as well as the quote to do the install. He sent a very experienced staff member and it took less than 45 mins for the install. It has been 2 days since the install and I can feel the difference in our water already. Had Kyle H out today to repair two broken pipes (the weather) and also to install a new shower valve/trim for one of the bathrooms in my house. He did an excellent job, very professional, very thorough. Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw.

We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed.

I was disappointed that shoe coverings were not worn, nor did they clean up their mess afterwards. Otherwise, it was a fairly good experience. 5 Stars I would not hesitate to refer Bill Frye to anyone. Great company you can trust. Bill is professional, honest, upfront with costs, showed me the camera footage in the line, explained things. He and Tyler got the roots out then treated for future. Bill saved me $$$$$. Another plumber said my pipes were broken and wanted to dig up my yard and charge me thousands for unnecessary work. They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.

Bill Fry and his plumbers are professional and great communicators. I needed a garbage disposal removed and a new large sink and faucet installed. Also needed a water line to my new fridge.
