In 1992, the 3rd generation took over the helm when Doug Young was elected President. Though the firm continues to expand and develop, we at B-Y remain committed to becoming the number one provider to the heating, air conditioning, hydronic, and ventilating contractors throughout Michigan and NW Ohio. Since our inception in 1926, our Company has been characterized by progress and growth.
