read moreThe project involved the remodel and expansion of an existing 23,000 sqft grocery store and a vacant 8,500 sqft tenant space. The expansion scope included the demolition of an existing demising C.M.U. The third floor (shown) has 16,000 square feet of offices and conference spaces. The design has converted what was a very introverted layout into a very open floor plan bringing natural daylight into every space while maintaining office privacy and accomplishing the client's sustainable goals. The much-anticipated addition to Grandview Senior High School relieves crowded classroom conditions within the existing facility and allows for expansion of some very popular educational programs offered by the District.
