Ardell owns significant yacht brokerage facilities in California and Florida. The firm headquarters and marina in Newport Beach, California comprise more than three and a half acres of prime waterfront property with slips accommodating yachts up to 150 feet in length. The ARDELL custom-designed 12, 000 square foot office building (pictured above) in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida covers nearly an acre of Southeast 17th Street in the centre of the yachting capital of the world.
