Highly Recommend these guys. They responded fast, got someone over to my house right away. Joe Smith came out to do my service. Jon from Alpha & Omega Plumbing came to our home immediately after hearing of a cracked water pipe under our home. We were leaving in a couple hours for a mini vacation. He fixed it within 2 hours! He explained and showed us the damaged parts and gave us a status report of the plumbing under our home. He was confident, kind and professional. He saved our trip and did a great job!

One of my neighbors recommended this local family operation, and I am pleased to report that the quality of response and care and service was exceptional. You do not have to talk to a series of folks who send out one of dozens of unknown and perhaps unqualified workers, but instead will speak to a member of the family; Charlie Ford took my call, was honest about the best time for a visit (which was not an emergency) and personally followed up on all concerns I had about the repair and replacement.

Love these guys! They came out on a Saturday night to help us with a clogged drain that affected 3 units so bad that we had to prohibit any water use, including toilets. Here's what they found! A four foot, pipe shaped root ball. Our heroes!

These guys are wonderful! They cleared out our pipe blockage and even located and dug open the septic tank to see if it was a contributing factor. Within one hour after arriving, they had everything back in place, and not only was our problem solved, but we knew that our septic system was in good shape. I was relieved to deal with such honest and decent people. When we used to live in Rocklin, it was one rip-off after another when it came to plumbers. I'm glad to know Alpha & Omega here in Red Bluff.
