read moreThe DMV requires that you bring: A Certificate of Completion for Drivers Education - (DL 400C), Certificate. Please know that your parent/guardian must sign your certificate (DL 400C) acknowledging that your provisional permit will not be valid until you start your behind the wheel training with an instructor. A six hour behind the wheel course is required to obtain your Driver's License. When you have successfully completed this course, a Certificate of Completion of Drivers Education (DL 400C) will be mailed to you within 48 hrs of the completing date.
