Ever since they totally restored a dismal carpet, which I had previously had cleaned by others, I have never used anyone else. The Earth-and people friendly chemicals that they use, PLUS their superior labor do a great job. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

We have three pets, two cats and a dog, who have all at different times urinated in the house. Weve cleaned it up ourselves over the years with varying degrees of success but the recent soaking of two antique chairs was beyond our skills or patience. This team saved the chairs (and probably the cats life!). They also cleaned two carpets that had been repeatedly soiled and now look brand-new. Highly recommend.

Carson was very thoughtful and understanding of our unique situation cleaning a large (9 X 11) area rug. It was also helpful to have him treat it in our garage due to the weight (much more convenient than dropping it off ourselves at a cleaning shop).

5 plus stars from beginning to end! From the phone call letting us know they were on the way all the way until they left was such a pleasant experience! Mike his wife and there staff were so kind, friendly and knowledgeable! I felt like the were our friends from the minute we opened our door. Their prices were totally reasonable and affordable! Our carpets look great and our house smells so clean!
No joke the carpets were dry about an hour after they left which is awesome! Not to mention their products are eco friendly and non toxic for our dog! We will be asking them to clean our carpets and any of upholstery from now on!

Great experience. Appointment scheduled within 2 days, great communication, on time, and of course excellent quality. The carpet was very clean but was also dry within 2 HOURS! We use them annually to get our carpets cleaned and have always had a great experience. They are very pet-friendly too! I very highly recommend this company.

We had "The Pet Disaster" occur in our Master bedroom when our daughter moved back home with her two dogs. Our room became the center of a territory war of urine. I thought there was no hope of removing the odor. Mike and Sarah spent hours working on the carpet. Amazingly, no odor! Thank you for a restored carpet whose odor no longer keeps me awake at night!

Mike was on time (actually a bit early), explained the various optional services and went to work doing all we could have expected. He did an excellent job. We'll definitely call him back when we next need to have our carpets/furniture cleaned.
