An update to the review below from last year. Discovered yesterday (Sunday) that we had a water leak in our main water line. Contacted Ben and Antonio arrived at 11:30 this morning and repaired the leak. Really happy with their service. Ben was recommended by a friend who is a realtor as her "go to" plumber. He fixed a variety of plumbing problems at our house.
He gave us an estimate prior to the job, showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. His communication with us was great and the pricing was right on. Highly recommend!

Super easy to get an appointment setup over email and everything was really prompt. Service work done by Andrew was excellent. We needed an outside hose bib and RPZ replaced. He really did a stellar job!

I had my water heater replaced today and had great service. Came and did bid at 10 and had work completed by 3. It wasn't an easy install for Andrew and Ben. Andrew even had to do major hunting for my water shut off (buried in my yard!). Also fixed my washer issue I had. They worked as a team and will call them the next plumbing issue I have.

Technician came on time and completely accessed the situation. His explanation was clear and he gave complete pricing. Upon my agreement with the plan, he set to work. Another plumber came to assist and in about 3 hours they were finished. I didn't have anything to clean up because they took care of everything. I am completely satisfied with the job and glad I called O&M Plumbing. Will recommend your company for my friends.

The job was performed by Mr. Alex and Mr. Antonio. They were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and customer oriented. I did have high expectations as I studied the details of the project well ahead of time. These gentlemen did a great job. It was not cheap, but it was worth it.

When i first called for information, they provided a price range for the expected repair and there was not fee for someone to come out to confirm the needed repair. Antonio was very nice - excellent service and work.

Plumber Ben came out to diagnose a leak in our yard close to.the house. He diagnosed this quickly and gave us a fair quote. After our acceptance the leak was repaired quickly

Today Andrew came out to my house and installed a pressure reducing valve and a new house shut off valve. I was quoted a price over the phone before hand. When Andrew got to my house he encountered a big issue because of the city sidewalk. He contacted the owner and they came up with a solution with no extra charges. When Andrew completed the job, he explained everything to me and he completely cleaned up the area. I will definitely use O & M Services again and will recommend them to my friends!

The consultation was thorough, they gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision since I had a non-standard sized toilet. They guided me through the process and, although there were issues that was not their fault (the place I got the toilet gave me the wrong tank), they took care of it for me and kept me updated throughout the process. Antonio, Mike, Enrique were fab! And Heather was extremely responsive and helpful!

Love the place! They took care of my plumbing after the foundation had to be lifted. Carlos and Antonio took care of the dirty work and cleaned up nicely after work. I would definitely hire O&M Plumbing again. Their technician (Alex), showed up on time and was ready to tackle my issue (a 17 year old shower valve that ultimately needed to be replaced). Mike, Ben and Enrique are fantastic! Not only did they take the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood it, but they also told me preventative maintenance to avoid the same issue happening again. I've had the same issue inside my men's bathroom for over a year. This is the first company to come in and immediately locate and fix the problem same day! I recommend them for any commercial business

Antonio came out 30 minutes early, which was great for me, and he worked for 3 hours clearing a clog in main line and detected 2 breaks in my pipe. O&M scheduled to come back for the break repair in 2 days. I'm very happy with their service. Services:Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection

We had a shower valve break and could not turn off the water. luckily got the outside water to the house turned off. They were able to send someone out same morning to deal with repair. Ben was on time, professional, thorough in explanation of what had happened and the repair he made! Staff was also extremely professional! Will definitely use again!

Whole house re-pipe and salt less water filtration system. Ben and his team are top notch. Wonderfully professional and detail orientated. Joseph Gutierrez took amazing care of us! We had busted pipe from cold weather he quickly identified and fixed it and was cautious returning water pressure and was good because had another bust while they were here. Quickly caught that one and took care of it. I cannot say enough about the O&M team, they worked to get us schedules quickly, were over communicative about timing, were right on time with appointment and did an amazing job. Highly highly recommend O&M
